Blue DVSN International was founded in 2023 to give agencies, primes and enterprise teams senior program management without large-firm overhead. Programs rarely fail on strategy. They fail on slipped schedules, unclear ownership and records nobody can audit.
We run programs the way the military runs operations: a clear plan, named owners, a fixed reporting rhythm and written records at every step. Every engagement is led by the founder.

Founder and Managing Member
A program manager and public health officer with more than a decade of military service. Medical Service Corps officer in the Texas Air National Guard, where he stood up his medical group's first medical logistics function. Led 450 service members on Joint Task Force COVAX, the statewide vaccination operation that reached more than 4 million Texans.
Earlier service as an Army National Guard engineer officer, and enterprise program management in corporate finance. MBA and MPH in health policy from the University of Iowa, PMP. Holds an active Secret clearance.
